Intermittent streaming
If you are experiencing lagging or intermittent streaming troubles with your V.360, there are a few things to check to help fix the problem.
- Connect to your camera with the V.360 Companion Application.
- Click on the settings button.
- Click on “Wi-Fi”
- Then click on Access Point
- Change the channel from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz
Since the 2.4GHz channel is very common, it’s not common to see a lot of electromagnetic interference. Changing to the 5 GHz will help produce a strong signal which will help eliminate the lagging problem you were experiencing.
NOTE: Please also keep in mind that the device could also be lagging because of other electronics in the area, old firmware, or you might be too far from the V.360. Refer to “How far can my device be away from the camera” FAQ.
