Volume Up Repalcement using V.BTTN

At Socket Mobile (www.socketmobile.com) we make a Bluetooth Barcode Scanner that can connect to an iPhone using iOS (Apple SPP) mode. We have an App that can trigger our scanner using the Volume Up button on the iPhone. I want to make a quick demo to show our Management how your button can trigger the scanner (in a wearable application, for instance). Is there an easy way to configure your button to do this? Is there an App that makes your button replace the Volume Up button?

  Please sign up as a V.ALRT + belt clip Developer. You can get a copy of our developer guide with sample code on some of the functions that are available. The V.ALRT + belt clip is wide open and can be used to trigger events by pressing the button or with accelerometer functions.
